Sara (Owner)
Sara is the owner of Winter & Co. Starting her hairdressing career over 20 years ago she trained and went on to manage with the powerhouse Toni & Guy. Here she perfected not only her craft but learnt the valuable skills of professionalism and customer care. Sara has been lucky enough to work at London Fashion Week and the BBC but would say her greatest achievement is opening her very own salon in May 2024.
Demi
Demi began her hair journey working as an apprentice with Sara at another local salon. From shampooing, tidying, and assisting other Stylists Demi has grown and evolved into an incredibly talented Hair stylist with a strong clientele of her own. Demi specialises in Balayage and Hair Extensions.
Josh
With 18 years of experience in hairdressing, Josh has mastered all aspects of the craft, from precision haircutting & colouring —his true specialty—to styling and gents’ grooming. For nine years, he successfully ran his own salon, but his passion for his work and love for family led him to go freelance, allowing him the flexibility to balance his career with raising his children. Dedicated to delivering exceptional results, Josh combines skill, creativity, and a personal touch to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and refreshed.
Dawn
Trained in cosmetic tattooing covering eyebrows, lip blush and eyeliner 11 years ago with Nouveau. Since have gone on to train with some of the best technicians in the industry to stay up to date with new techniques. She has her own cosmetic studio and training centre in Liverpool where she runs group and 1-1 training courses. She also owns a tattoo studio in Liverpool city centre with 15 artists.
